Captain, are you ready for a maritime voyage?
"A true sailor is always ready," you reply, and you're absolutely right. But it's not just Navy sailors who spend months at sea; the same goes for maritime explorers. Meet naval historian Li Wei and marine explorer Olaf Lundgren, who are about to embark on an expedition in search of a ship that vanished in the ice under mysterious circumstances. We invite you to follow our heroes on this adventure and help them see it through to its conclusion. After all, you’re probably curious whether they’ll find their ship. We sure are!
In this event you’ll be able to complete chains of combat missions to earn Expedition Tokens. As you accumulate them, you’ll reach milestones and uncover letters between Li Wei and Olaf that reveal the story of their exciting journey. These milestones will also bring you valuable rewards, including a number of Santa's Gift containers and new festive permanent camouflages for Tier VIII and X ships. You’ll even be able to find a ship of your own, though its tier will depend on your progress.

Rules
The adventure begins in the second week of Update 13.8 and will continue until the first days of Update 13.11. In each update, a new chain of combat missions will become available. Completing these missions will earn you Expedition Tokens that fill up the progress bar.

In Updates 13.8–13.9, you can receive a maximum of
Expedition Tokens each, while Update 13.10 can earn you up to Tokens. You’ll have a few weeks to complete each of these mission chains, and they are easy. Completing all 3 will already guarantee you all the milestone rewards in the event. If you’re late to the Expedition, the last mission chain, available when Update 13.11 releases, will still allow you to earn Expedition Tokens and get most of the rewards. However, you’ll only have a couple of days to complete it before the end of the event.You can join the expedition at any time, but the sooner you get on board, the better prepared you’ll be to achieve your goal and earn the ultimate reward!

If you decide not to join the expedition at all, or earn fewer than
Expedition Tokens, you’ll have a choice between five Tier VIII ships, including .If you do join Li Wei and Olaf and get at least
Expedition Tokens, your gift ships will be upgraded to a choice between five Tier X ships from a list containing famous .You will be able to claim all rewards from this event on December 1.
If you already have the ship you picked, you will receive compensation. We’ll progressively reveal the other reward ships and compensation as the expedition moves closer to its destination, and the event to its conclusion!
